The Hotel is new and cozy, with high-quality materials and clean rooms. The owner is helpful and caring, even taking me to the hospital when I was sick. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing great service. The breakfasts are excellent and filling. The location is convenient, near metro stations and a short taxi ride to the city center.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable. We also loved the beautiful view from our room and the delicious breakfast offered every morning with a variety of options. The hotel's location, close to the markets and public transportation, made it easy to explore the city. Another great aspect was the friendly and helpful staff, who made our stay memorable.

The noise from other guests during our stay was a big issue. It disrupted our sleep, and the hotel did not seem to have measures in place to enforce quiet hours.

There was a language barrier as only one staff member spoke English. the Jacuzzi was controlled by the reception, and after 9 pm, there was no one present to assist, making it unusable.
